Conditions Report for Soaring Eagle Casino, Mt. Pleasant Michigan as of May 2nd, 2005.
Main Floor
(32) 6D, S17, DA2, DAS, $5-$200 ***Continuously Shuffling Machine (KING)***
High-Stakes
(8) 6D, S17, DA2, DAS, 66% penetration, $25-$500 ($100-$1000 limit available on weekends)
Unfortunately their lower limit blackjack is obviously unbeatable, while the penetration at the high-stakes makes the game very undesirable. The Soaring Eagle Casino in Mt. Pleasant Michigan is definitely not a casino for card counters…
But…!
If you know how to dice set / Precision Shoot in craps, the Soaring Eagle is an ATM! I will occasionally get a little heat, but nothing more than a “Make sure you hit the back wall” from a bit boss who then turns away and could care less. They also have a nice poker pit with limits ranging from 3-6 to 10-20.

Soaring eagle casino players club account Soaring Eagle Casino &Resort. Go to, Mount Pleasant, Mi. Up North is closer than ever. Saganing Eagles Landing Casino. Go to, Standish, Mi. Make a big splash at Waterpark. A popular variant of the online game that uses classic blackjack rules. I love playing poker at the closest casino but the blackjack sucks. I have been in the money for 3 straight tournaments. Just last night I finshed 5th out of 54 people and won a few hundred bucks. So afterwards my brother and I watched people get slaughtered playing blackjack while drinking a few tourney victory beers. I refuse to play blackjack there anymore and I haven't since January.
To keep this short and simple, I'm looking for a casino(s) in michigan that offer blackjack where they dont use continous shuffling machines. So either single deck 3:2 or multi-deck shoe. I live near saginaw so if you know of any let me know, but im hoping to keep the drive rather short. Such as turtle creek, or firekeepers casino near kalamazoo. Dont care to drive to detroit or upper penisula. I called the casinos too to ask, but they havent returned my call...no idea why not.
thanks for the help

I've played at Firekeepers and Soaring Eagle 3:2 (but H17) from a shoe at a $5 minimum table before. They both tend to mix in continuous shuffle tables with shoe tables, you just have to pay attention.

I can confirm Firekeepers. Closest to you is probably Soaring Eagle. What about the casino just north of Saginaw, have you been there?'Dice, verily, are armed with goads and driving-hooks, deceiving and tormenting, causing grievous woe.' -Rig Veda 10.34.4

yeah and they just have 1 virtual blackjack machine, and last time i went to soaring eagle was long ago so they probably changed up some of their csm's for shoes because customers were complaining or what have you

Firekeepers has a DD S17 game in their high limit, starts at $25, H.E. .20%, pen varies by dealer but the main one was dealing 60%.'Dice, verily, are armed with goads and driving-hooks, deceiving and tormenting, causing grievous woe.' -Rig Veda 10.34.4
