How do I update the Cooking Fever game? I haven't been getting any of the new restaurants. I have opened and played all of the restaurants through the island, but I cannot gain access to the mountain restaurants. I was told today by someone on Facebook that I need to 'update' the game, but I cannot figure out how to do this. Is the casino rigged?
Why can I never get more than 5 gems in the casino. I have been playing for months.

When I bet 500 coins repeatedly I can get 15 diamonds. But, you're right, I wonder sometimes if it's rigged too. It seems like there should be some kind of pattern to figure out.

Casinos are always rigged;). When I bet 100 coins I will win 2 diamonds. When I bet 500 coins I will get 15 diamonds, but I think you can only win diamonds once every 24 hours

I used to get 15 diamonds about every 25,000 coins spent playing 500 I went about three days playing study and no diamonds at all finally got 15 today they need to pay out more often because they want so many gems to improve your restaurants it's so hard to upgrade when did answer so scarce

I was Wrong. I started timing and I can win the casino twice within 24 hours. But up till now I have only ever won once per day. I think you can win onc a day but you don't need to wait a full 24 hours.

I win all the time.. but gems? No way. Its nice when you first get the casino cuz they have you win gems.. bet 500 you get 15 gems.. but I sat and spent 150,000 coins trying to win gems in just one sitting and got nothin... only thing I win is single or double coins

I think maybe you can win 15 gems from the casino once per level. I used to level up roughly daily and win daily, but I'm not playing so much this week and I'm not winning the. Casino either

Did anybody ever win the 2 or 3x diamonds or the 3x coins? Never got it and I spent I don't know how much money at the casino.. Never won gems when betting 500 neither. :/

I just randomly played the casino and spent 500 on it and won 15 gems. I then played a level came back tried again hoping it was more than luck and it was luck. Spent all my money on it and got nothing. I think it is rigged but to a certain extant.

I personally perceive that it's 'rigged', although it may not be (I may just have not found the sweet spot). As I commented in another post on this site, the only things I've EVER won in the casino (after playing this game for a year) are a Single Coin hit, which awards 600 coins; a Double Coin hit, which awards 1000 coins; or a Single Gem hit, which awards 15 gems. I only ever use the 500 coin option to spin the machine, though. Maybe I have to play longer at a lower level to get a double or triple gem? I don't know.
But I HAVE observed what FrostyCone stated: If I make a point to open up the game to get my 2 gems for returning and make a point of playing levels in my latest restaurant to level up to the next experience level, I'm pretty much guaranteed to win 15 gems in the casino if I buckle down and keep spinning. I've never been able to get two wins within 24 hrs, but then again, I've kinda got a time when I make a point to play (otherwise, lol, I wouldn't get anything else done!)

I have noticed@ 100 the single gem is 2, at 200 it is 5 gemsand @ 500 it is 15 gems.I have never gotten the double or triple gems.

Some Important Tips to Keep in Mind:
Focus On Leveling Up
Once you level up, you will earn lots of rewards that you can use to upgrade your restaurants, kitchen equipment, and interior. However, you might be tempted to spend your coins and gems to unlock more restaurants. We advise you to save your coins and, most especially, your gems until you get to level 7, as this level will let you unlock the casino that will give you the chance to win 15 gems a day. Upgrade Items Using Coins Only
You can upgrade kitchen and interior items through coins first so that you can proceed to the next level quickly and increase your daily income. Once you do this, you will never get 3-star ratings for the level completion. However, when you are in the higher levels, you can earn more Daily Income and more rewards. You can now go back to completing the upgrades for the items that you skipped. Through this, you will level up faster and get higher Daily Income easily.
Customers Come First
Take note that customers become angry when it takes you a long time to serve their meals. Usually, they get impatient within 20 seconds. Try to serve their orders within that timeframe to make them happy. Doing so will also let you earn a higher tip.
