Looney Tunes Skunks are native to North America. How did Pepe Le Pew end up in french, complete with a french accent? Save hide report. My fav was Black Jack Shellac. View entire discussion (18 comments) More posts from the AskScienceFiction community.
Blacque Jacque Shellacque doesn't have a 'Canadian accent.' There is no one, universal Canadian accent. His accent is Québécois/Quebecker/French-Canadian.
